Teambuilding

The magnitude and complexity of many tasks has been growing for the last few years due to big changes of market conditions. Often only project work approaches which include a variety of subjects can be successful. It was shown that such tasks can only get done successfully in teams. However, team experience and training of every group member often is not enough to guarantee an effective and profitable way of working together. Tensions, misunderstandings and personal hard feelings between group members cause long starting phases and make working together very difficult. The result is a "loss" of expert knowledge because it can't be fully used, and the final result is not at all what the team was able to achieve.

The goal is increased efficiencyeffectivity and creativity of existing teams or the formation of new teams.

Outdoor team training concerns itself with subjects like:

  • What can synergy do?
  • How is synergy created?
  • Social competence
  • Experiencing oneself
  • Trust in team and teamwork
  • Solution strategies for conflicts and problems
  • Feedback

"...I like it very much that I had the chance to start slowly in the team and then improve myself."

Method: The exercises are developed in a way which ensures that the best possible solution can only be achieved by all working together. Participants get to know the strength and the support of the team and begin to trust their own strengths. Acceptance and tolerance of other team members is built up..

Teamwork, the behaviour in the group and one's own contribution to the team's success are constantly trained and perfected in exercises. The arrangement of the exercises is done according to the desired goals.

The result: Participants return to their work with positive team experiences. They not only gained the tools for teamwork, but also begun to value teamwork itself.

As a supporting measure we use, especially for team development, Belbin's team role theory and the Myers-Briggs Typenindikator MBTI. Both systems are highly suitable for showing personal strengths, conflict potential and misunderstandings and reducing conflicts.

Corporate Events Tirol Training recommends and offers "Follow Ups" to strenghten the team development progress.
